Vail's Outbound Messaging Service offers a variety of industry-leading benefits that are helping large enterprises to better serve their customers and improve their bottom line.
Vail's CallPush web interface allows organizations to easily manage your outbound messaging programs whenever you need to make calls. Users simply login to their Vail web interface, dial a Vail provided phone number, record and upload their message and phone numbers to be dialed, schedule the calls, and then manage their calls all from a single interface without deploying a single server and installing any telecom circuits.
Vail Systems' answering machine beep detection capabilities sets CallPush apart from other Outbound Messaging services. With close to 100% accuracy, CallPush can recognize an answering machine's beep and appropriately leave a complete message without leaving dead air or a clipped message. Additionally, if during a right party connect (RPC) call an end user picks up mid-stream, CallPush, will immediately recognize the human voice and redirect the call to a live agent for call completion.
As a network-based solution, CallPush does not require expensive capital equipment to be installed at your contact center location(s). Rather, every element of our service is provided as a hosted element that is incorporated in our service offering, which is configurable via a web-based portal.
Based on the Vail SIP Platform, Vail's CallPush service offers N+N architectural support and a fault-tolerant design that utilizes multiple recording servers and storage devices hosted at geographically dispersed Vail or customer collocation facilities. Additionally, in the event a customer storage device is not available or a carrier network issue occurs, Vail provides 24x7x365 operational monitoring and alerts from the Vail NOC.
CallPush provides real-time and post call reporting that is available via a secure web-based interface. Our post call reports provide program managers the ability to view call completion statistics by type of end user device, e.g., answering machine and fax, as well as whether a call received a busy tone or a human answered. Additionally, these reports include a complete summary view that enables you to understand important call details including how many calls were successfully completed, how many total minutes were used, and the average call length.
As a fully-managed network-based service, the Vail CallPush service allows organizations to outsource the management and support of their outbound messaging, thus eliminating the need to support the required equipment and carrier interconnect, which significantly reduces operational complexities.
