Existing Solutions

Developing and hosting voice solutions is complex business.  It takes time and focus to understand the full possibility of the numerous technologies.  Over time, this has meant organizing software solutions into shared components that can be applied in many different solutions.  Sometimes that has resulted in a complete voice application but more offen in subcomponents.  An examples of applications would be Vail CC/XM Conferencing and Vail Outbound Notification.  Subcomponents examples would be Vail Vail SIP Stack and Vail VoiceXML Interpreter. 

Applications are made available to customers on Vail Voice Platform while software subcomponents are used in hosted applications or licensed to enterprises and service providers.
