The Vail SIP platform is an extensible, scalable, and test-proven next-generation telephony platform. This platform is the foundation which both Vail and third-party developers use to create enhanced telephony applications and solutions--solutions which have supported billions of mission-critical minutes since 2001. The platform supports technologies like our interactive voice response (IVR) applications for self-service, audio conferencing, and outbound messaging.
Our Hosted Voice Platform Service is also supported on the SIP platform. The HVPS is a turn-key hosting service used to handle the enhanced telephony platform hosting and VoiceXML hosting that large enterprises and service providers always need.
The SIP Platform's architecture is simple and intuitive, requiring only a small amount of maintenance. The platform itself is made up of object-oriented service building blocks, which link together easily and can be added or removed based on the needs of the customer application or the solution it's supporting.
