OSCR Service

OSCR is a internet based call routing service that lets you build and manage your own multi-node voice network.   It has been developed for customers with multiple call centers and complex routing schemes that often include computer telephony integration (CTI) systems including CISCO/ICM, Genesis and several custom "screen pop" protocols.  

Each node is identified by a 9-digit phone number.  And, each node has either a 9-digit phone transfer numbers with transfer parmeters or a CTI system address.  From these parameters, the transfer number is obtained.  Transfer numbers can point to customer call centers or voice applications on the Vail Voice Platform.  On some long distance networks, calls can even be re-routed before they reach the Vail Voice Platform.  

OSCR gives you, the customer, total control over your network configuration and any call routing parameter. With your internet browser, you can change any of this information and it is immediately applied on the next call.  OSCR puts you, the customer, in control of your inbound calls!
